Partners or Foes: Working Relationships among Chief Academic and Student Affairs Officers and Their Impact on Student Outcomes
The relationships between academic and student affairs and the degree to which these hinder or heighten student learning has been the subject of much debate over the years. This study explored the working relationships between senior academic and student affairs administrators based on the theoretical foundation of seamless learning environment by George Kuh (1996). The results of this study will promote collaborations among academic and student affairs and eventually lead to student success.
