International Application of NASPA Professional Competency Areas

How well do the ACPA/NASPA Professional Competency Areas for Student Affairs Educators apply to student affairs practice outside the United States? The presenters will review the applicability of the professional competency areas in an international context at IES Abroad, an international academic consortium operating in 17 different countries.  How the ACPA/NASPA competency areas were applied to student affairs educators in these countries will be presented for possible application in other global contexts.
