Facilitating College Transition for Students with Disabilities Through University-School Partnerships

Transition into college for students with disabilities is increasingly critical, but there are disproportionately negative outcomes for those students. Student affairs practitioners and local school districts can implement initiatives for facilitating the transition into college by forming collaborative university-school partnerships. Learn about the foundations of university-school partnerships and the Onondaga Pathways to Careers project, which emphasizes college and career readiness for students with disabilities.
