Facilitating College Transition for Students with Disabilities Through University-School Partnerships
Transition into college for students with disabilities is increasingly critical, but there are disproportionately negative outcomes for those students. Student affairs practitioners and local school districts can implement initiatives for facilitating the transition into college by forming collaborative university-school partnerships.
