Catering to Gen Z: How Mobile Can Reshape and Personalize the Student Experience at Large Institutions
Generation Z is a mobile-first generation challenging traditional methods of engagement while creating an opportunity to redesign today's student experience. This session will highlight how San Jose State University, Youngstown University, and McGill University's mobile strategy has reshaped the student experience by personalizing the campus for each diverse student. The tailored experience includes unifying campus resources and conducting real time assessment while increasing a student's sense of belonging to the campus community.
